The Studio

Situated in leafy Surrey within easy reach of London and even easier reach of both major London airports, the MTD studio is a creative hub of design activity where visitors are always welcome.

The studio is fully equipped with the latest in design technology. This coupled with 30 years of hands on experience in the yacht design industry facilitates a multi-discipline design service, from concept design, CAD drawings, mood boards and sample selection through to 3D modelling, visualisation and FF&E.

On the interior design side, we have close relationships with all the major fabric houses and make regular buying trips both in the UK and abroad to keep up-to-date with all the latest design trends. This is reflected in our comprehensive library of fabrics and finishes.

Strong relationships with shipyards, subcontractors and suppliers are key to maintaining the level of quality and design innovation that is imperative to our business and we work hard to maintain these relationships in order to forge new ideas and push creative boundaries.
